- Banten Province has the highest unemployment level in Java during the years 2009-2017. This research aims to know the influence of population, economic growth and the minimum wage district/city in Banten Province year 2009-2017. The data used in this research is secondary data 2009-2017 year. Tools used in this research is the regression data panel with hypothesis testing, namely test F, t-test, the coefficient of Determination R2. The software used in this research analysis is Eviews 9. The results of this research show that together the number of population, economic growth and the minimum wage district/city to the open unemployment rate in Banten Province with the highest probability of 0.0000. While individually the positive effect of population and unemployment rate significantly to open, with regression coefficients of 1.311163 and significance probability value 0.0446 < 0.05. Economic growth was a negative and significant effect against the open unemployment rate, with a value of regression coefficients of 1.133343 and probability significance 0.0043 < 0.05. District/city minimum wage a negative and significant effect against the open unemployment rate, with a value of regression coefficients of 3.477602 and probabilitysignificance of 0.0000 < 0.05.
