- In Indonesia, the needs of the vegetable market are increasing, especially for tomato. Besides, the production of tomato is currently decrease caused by pests and diseases. It is reflected by the production rate of tomatoes. According to the data of the Ministry of Agriculture Directorate General of Horticulture (2015) in 2014, the farmers only produce the tomatoes around 915.987 tons with the width area is 59.008 hectare. The problem in the cultivation of tomatoes cannot be separated from pests and diseases. One of the pathogen that attack the tomato is Fusarium Oxyporum. The aim of this research are to examine and know about the variety of morphological characteristics of isolate mushroom called Fusarium Oxysporum Lycopersici in moderate plains of various media types. From the morphological characteristic of isolate mushroom, it presented in descriptive form and compared with literature. The data were presented by the table and picture. The data were analyzed with ANOVA with an appeal test BNJ 5%. Treatment: Tanah700, Akar678, Batang700, Daun700. Media: Media OA, Media CDA, Media CRBA, and Media PDA. According to the result of the research, morphological characteristics of isolate mushroom called Fusarium Oxysporum Lycopersici in moderate plains be examined in media OA (Oat meal Agar), CDA (Czapek Dox Agar), CRBA (Cooke Rose Bengal Agar), and PDA (Potato Dextrose Agar) produce different growth diameter, thickness, the amount of spore population, color, colony density, shape, macros-microspores sizes, and growth speed. The fastest growth diameter is in isolate Daun700 in media PDA. The thickest thickness is in the isolate Daun700. Most sporulation is in Tanah700. Color of isolate of Tanah700 is white in the side and light purple in the center, color of isolate Akar678 is white in the side and light purple in the center, color of isolate Batang700 is white, and color of isolate Daun700 is white. The fastest growth speed is in isolate Tanah700.
