  • UMM (University of Muhammadiyah Malang) library is one of information sources that provided by university to support student collage life. UMM digital library’s information system has been implemented since 2003 that covering the entire campus as user. This study aimed to measure UMM digital library’s information system success rate by updated DeLone & McLean model. The variables of this study are System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, and User’s Satisfaction. The data of this research were obtained by distributing questionnaires to UMM digital library users that active as UMM student. Data processing is done using multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. The result showed that System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality simultaneously had positive and significant effect to User’s Satisfaction. At the other hand, Service Quality partially didn’t have significant effect to User’s Satisfaction. System Quality and Information Quality partially had positive and significant effect to User’s Satisfaction. Statistic descriptive analysis result showed that UMM digital library information system’s success rate percentage reach 75.8% and included as success.
