- Water is a natural resource that is desperately needed by humans, water sources if not kept then preserved will be interrupted, with the disruption of water resource sustainability can lead to lack of water, If it already reach the limit can cause dryness of water. The exploitation of natural resources overload will have an impact on environmental damage, both to the human interest aspect, as well as to quality and resource support for the living creature. Human capital is the ability and skills possessed by every human being. Human capital is good then the preservation would be good. The goal in this research is to know the influence of human capital in the hamlet of Ubalan and to find out whether the existing human capital in the hamlet of Ubalan's been good or not. This research was carried out on September 10, 2018 – 10 November 2018. Sampling method is the method using data error rate with Slovin 5%. The research is both qualitative and quantitative diskriptif. Data retrieval will be carried out using a questionnaire with likert scale and data obtained will be on sports using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Target respondents are residents of the hamlet of Ubalan village of Maguan with age 15 – 65 years. The results of this research were obtained that human capital effect on water resources sustainability and human capital that is in the hamlet of Ubalan well with the most human capital is the most moral capital and capital health is low.
