- PT. This research was conducted with the aim of seeing how the effort and results of empowerment-based partnerships conducted by PT. Gresik petrochemical with the village of Wadeng Excl. Sidayu Gresik: results of the study are expected to assist the Agency in developing the welfare of, and adds insight to society and institutions in determining policy for the empowerment of the Community plan Indonesian. This research using qualitative approaches to research locations taken at PT. Gresik petrochemical and Villagers Wadeng with object research PT. Gresik petrochemical and Villagers Wadeng with techniques of data collection, interviews, Observation and documentation. The researchers explained that the efforts of the PT. Community empowerment in Gresik petrochemical-based partnerships in the village of the subdistrict wadeng sidayu gresik. Through PT. Petrokimia Gresik by way of pelatian, mentoring, and support the efforts of the then capital of PT. The memberdayaan in Gresik petrochemical-based partnerships in the village has great contribution in Wadeng boosts economy in village community Wadeng Excl. Sidayu Gresik.
