- This research aims to test with empirically the influence of dividend policy to company value with profitability as moderating variable. Furthermore, dividend policy uses measurement of dividend payout ratio, company value uses measurement of price to book value, and profitability uses measurement of return on assets. The data(s) of this research are taken by documentation method with population of Indeks Kompas 100 companies that included in Indonesia Stock Exchange on periode 2016-2017. This research uses purposive sampling method for determining amount population of 100 companies and samples of 47 companies. The method analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The result of this research shows that dividend policy has a positive effect to company value, and profitability the influence of dividend policy to company value.
