- This study aims to analyze accounting information systems on merchandise inventory at the store Nusantara Grosir Kepanjen. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of inputs, processes, and outputs. Input analysis is done by analyzing the suitability of documents or forms that are input to existing standard operating procedures and meet the internal control elements. Process analysis is carried out by analyzing the part involved in carrying out the task in accordance with the responsibilities and doing the separation of duties. Output analysis is done by comparing the output documents in accordance with supporting evidence. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the accounting information system on the inventory of merchandise in Store Nusantara Grosir Kepanjen has been running well but in a simple manner, because the existing system can provide the information needed. However, there are still weaknesses in this system because Store Nusantara Grosir Kepanjen still does not have an organizational structure, does not yet have a barcode for goods entering the warehouse, and is not optimal in the use of forms and records.
