  • The aim of this study to learn the deterimants of smartphone iphone purchase decision-making factors in Malang city. The type of this research uses quantitative survey research. The sample in this study uses 100 respondents. The sampling technique use purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool are using the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are product quality, price perception and word of mouth significantly influence purchasing decisions. It means thatsmartphone iPhone have good quality, more expensive price and word of mouth communication as consideration consument tobuying smartphone iphone product.
