- Precast concrete is one of technology innovations in the construction concrete structure covering plates, beams, and columns. The wall is printed in the fabrication spot and then it is located in the project location. Nowadays, the building of Gresik Municipal Legislative Council applies conventional reinforced concrete holistically. Next, the building is modified by the planning of reinforced concrete structure in the form of beams and floor plate using earthquake resistance system caused by shear-wall and 25 percent of the reinforced system. According to the analysis of building structure of Gresik Municipal Legislative Council using precast floor plate of Hollow Core Slab (HCS) with width 15 cm and overtopping 5 cm, Tee Beam of precast non-prestressed 60/75 cm, conventional concrete on columns 80/80 cm, and conventional structural walls using 30 cm on the width within joint on the other elements and concrete short consoles.
