- The purpose of this study was to find out the impact of slack resources, board of commissioners, and women in board of directors on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure quality. This research was conducted at the non-financial companies that issued sustainability report for 2017 on the website www.globalreporting.org. Sampling method used was purposive sampling method with a sample of 35 companies. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that slack resources have positive impaction CSR disclosure quality, while board of commissioners and women in board of directors have negative effect on CSR disclosure quality. Board of commissioners and women in board of directors has no relationship on CSR disclosure quality.
