  • The purpose of this study was to determine the performance, training, and motivation, learning, and training for employees, which are part of the training and work of the marketing department of the Telkomsel grapari branch of Malang. This research was conducted on the employees of the marketing department of Grapari Telkomsel Malang Branch. Research sample for 55 employees. Data analysis techniques that are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that employee job training is low. Client work motivation is sufficient. Employee achievements are in the sufficient category. Job training and work motivation that are significant to employee work performance. Work motivation is considered very significant for employee work performance compared to training.
