  • Cultivation of cabbage plants which are important economic value crops for farmers face several problems such as pest attacks and plant disease disorders. One of the diseases of the cabbage plant is clubroot root which is caused by an infectious pathogen in the Plasmodiophora brassicae Wor. The mace root (Plasmodiophora brassicae Wor) causes severe damage to cabbage plants and is prone to growth on infected soil. One alternative control that is more environmentally friendly and has the potential to suppress the development of P. Brassicaea is an antagonistic fungus. This study aims to determine which microbes are obtained from the results of exposures that are able to control clubroot root disease in cabbage plants. This research was conducted at the Agrotechnology Laboratory and the Green House of the UMM Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry. Activities were carried out from October to December 2018. The study design used a Simple Randomized Block Design (RBD). The effect of treatment was analyzed by variance (ANOVA). If there is a real difference between treatments, then a further test is conducted with a real honest difference test (BNJ) at the 5% real level. The antagonist test results in the screenhouse showed that CT3 (Trichoderma sp) treatment had the lowest attack intensity of 11.25% and Control had an average of 37.5%. The right microbes to suppress the growth of pathogens Plasmodiophora brassicae Wor and are antagonistic are Trichoderma sp
