  • In general, persuasion is widely used in various fields such as education, family, organization, sales, and the field of da'wah. Moreover, in the field of da'wah, each preacher must persuade his audience to move according to the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet. In this study the formulation of the problem is (1) how the contents of the persuasive message in the Mamah Dedeh dan AA beraksi di Indosiar. (2) how is the structure of the persuasive message in the Mamah Dedeh dan AA beraksi di Indosiar, and (3) how is the technique for presenting persuasive messages in the Mamah Dedeh dan AA beraksi di Indosiar. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research design, with a discourse analysis approach developed by Brown and Yule (1983). The research method used was descriptive qualitative and this study was classified as qualitative research. The research data in the form of message content, message structure, and persuasive message presentation techniques from words and sentences from the program Mamah Dedeh dan AA beraksi di Indosiar taken from Youtube. The data source in this study is in the form of words from the sentence in a persuasive message in the program of Mamah Dedeh dan AA beraksi di Indosiar in March 2018. Based on these three results, it can be concluded that in the program of Mamah Dedeh dan AA beraksi di Indosiar there were several results, namely, the contents of persuasive messages, persuasive message structure, and persuasive message presentation techniques. First, judging from the aspect of the message content has been found in conveying the preaching of Mamah Dedeh using arguments. The use of this argument aims to increase the satisfaction of a message conveyed by Mamah Dedeh to invite Muslims to carry out activities in accordance with the Al-Quran and Sunnah Rosul. Second, judging from the structure of the persuasive message, there have been found introductions, bodies, and conclusions in conveying the preaching of Mamah Dedeh. In the introductory structure it aims to persuade Muslims to draw attention and express their goals. Furthermore, the body of a persuasive message is at the core of a message that is supported by evidence to support the main idea. Conclusions are the final part of a persuasive message. Finally, the technique of presenting persuasive messages is found in one-sided and two-sided messages, climax and anticlimactic messages, emotional and rational messages, message transmission and one-time repetition of messages, and implicit and explicit conclusions. This research is expected to provide benefits to readers, Indonesian language teachers, and the community.
