- The process of exchanging information about the state of the surrounding environment in society is very important for a government agency to be able to support the development of an area. However, the process cannot run smoothly without a container that facilitates the process. The limitations of these facilities make it take a long and ineffective time to get information on complaints of various problems. Data collection methods used in developing this system are interview methods, documentation, research and site visits and questionnaires. These methods are used to analyze the needs to get data in the form of responses from the people of Sorong City. The Sorong City community requires a complaints system to facilitate the process of exchanging information that can be followed up by the relevant agencies. From these problems, a complaints system and community service will be built in Sorong City. This study uses software engineering research methods with the Waterfall Method process. This system is expected to be able to support and support the performance of government agencies in the City of Sorong, and can facilitate the public to make complaints and improve public services in the City of Sorong.
