- The aim of this study was to identify the application of payroll accounting and wage accounting information systems of PT Inspired Sinar Abadi in Malang City. This type of research is a descriptive study with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used interview techniques and documentation techniques. This research was conducted at the office of PT Inspired Sinar Abadi on Jl. Kendalsari IIA, Tulusrejo, Kec. Lowokwaru, Malang City. The results of the study explained that the application of the payroll and wage accounting information system of PT Inspired Sinar Abadi was still not appropriate because there was still no accounting function in charge of making journals and ledgers and for verifying the truth and knowledge of calculating salaries and wages. Another weakness in the documents used is that there is still no serial number so it is easy to fraud. Suggestions given by researchers are companies must add employees in the accounting function section and the documents used are numbered.
