- The vaccine is an antigen in the form of a dead microorganism, still alive but attenuated, intact or part of it, which has been treated as a microorganism toxin that is processed into a toxin, recombinant which will give an active immunity to certain infectious diseases. Indonesia is a country that cares deeply about health. In June 2016 the Indonesian people were faced with a very important problem about regarding fake vaccines which turned out to have been circulating in Indonesia for a long time. This fake vaccine problem has made people worried and anxious. This research takes the formulation of the problem of the Mitigation Measures taken by the Tangerang Metro Police against fake vaccines that have been circulating in Indonesia, and the Legal Protection provided by the Tangerang Metro Police to the children affected by fake vaccines. This study uses a sociological-Criminological juridical approach. Primary data sources were obtained from the Tanggerang Metro Police, secondary data sources were obtained from legislation, journals, legal literature relating to the object under study, and tertiary data sources obtained from encyclopedias, dictionaries and others. The data collection technique was in the form of interviews with Respondents at the Tanggerang Metro Police. Data from the research results were analyzed descriptively. The research results of children who were re-vaccinated carried out medical rehabilitation in the form of a repeat vaccine. In conclusion, resolved with 2 policies, namely by reason (charged with criminal) and non-reasoning (the socialization of the dangers of fake vaccines). And victims get medical rehabilitation in the form of a repeat vaccine.
