- This research aims to empirically prove the influence of ROA (Return On assets, leverage, and dividend policy of the company. The dependent variables in the study was the value of a Company is measured by using the formula of the Tobins Q. independent variable is ROA (Return On Assets), leverage and dividend policy. The data used is the Annual Report of the year 2017, the data collection technique used is the documentation. This testing method using multiple linear regression by using the SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science), at 34 companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange year 2017. The test results proved that the ROA (Return On Assets), leverage, and the effect on the value of the dividend policy of the company.
