- This research aims to know the influence of the capital structure, profitability, and leverage on the management firm value. The data types and sources were obtained from the financial reports of the LQ-45 in 2017, published on the official website BEI ww.idx.co.id. The data collection method was done by means of the librarianship study and documentation. A statistical instrument utilized was IBM SPSS 25, operating the classic assumption test before a trial of multiple regression. Based on the results of this research, the author can provide a conclusion that the capital structure and profitability had a significantly positive influence on the firm value. In contrast, the leverage had a significantly negative influence on firm value. The result of simultaneous testing shows that variables of the capital structure, profitability and leverage had an influence on firm value.
