- Construction projects in their application have a high degree of complexity. This is very possible for the occurrence of time and cost deviations that are not in accordance with the initial planning. Then a calculation is needed to manage the project starting from planning, scheduling to controlling. At the control stage, a earned value analysis method is needed which aims to perform calculations so that it will inform progress in terms of cost and time. In this case the project control unit or supervisory consultant is responsible to the project owner by collecting and analyzing data that can ensure the project is working properly. In the development of technology an analysis calculation in presenting information must use a computerized system. Therefore, to overcome these problems, researchers developed a web-based system to conduct analysis and simulation of controlling costs and development time of construction projects. The results of this study indicate that the entire application functionality can run as expected.
