  • Pokahbung causes changes in shape or damage to shoots in sugarcane caused by Fusarium moniliforme S. Molds The use of synthetic fungicides has many disadvantages, especially in terms of toxicity. Black cumin seeds have the main content of quinone compounds (thymoquinone and thymohydroquinon) and monoterpenic phenol (thymol) compounds which are fungicidal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of black cumin extract (Nigella sativa L.) on the inhibitory zone of Fusarium moniliforme S. in sugarcane (Saccaharum officinarum L.) and to analyze the use of research results as a practical guidebook. The study was divided into 2 stages, the first phase of the activity was a pure experiment with a quantitative approach and phase II was a development study in the form of a practical guidebook using the 3E Learning Cycle model which consisted of the exploration phase, explanation phase, and elaboration stage. Extraction of Fusarium moniliforme S. fungi was obtained from Balittas. Black cumin seeds are extracted macerated using 96% ethanol. Black cumin seed extract was diluted to 5 different concentrations, namely 30%, 40%, 50%, 60% and 70% then tested the inhibition zone by the disc diffusion method. The incubation process lasts for 24 hours at 37 ̊C. The results obtained are the formation of inhibition zones at concentrations of 30%, 40%, 50%, 60% and 70%. At a concentration of 30% the smallest inhibition zone was obtained, and the largest inhibition zone was at a concentration of 60%. The results of this study were developed in the form of a practical guidebook on class X high school.
