  • Organizational Communication Climate is important because it links the organizational context with the concepts and expectations of organizational members and helps explain the behavior of organizational members. Job satisfaction can be achieved if all expectations can be achieved in carrying out the task, because job satisfaction is a reflection of the feelings and attitudes of individuals towards their work. In discussing the organizational communication climate, one important factor is information disclosure. With aviation security work system that lacks information disclosure and direct communication intensity, researchers are interested in knowing the influence of the organizational communication climate on job satisfaction on employees of the technical implementation unit of aviation security department at Abdul Rachman Saleh airport. The researcher uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research type. Saturated total sampling / sampling technique is used because the population is less than 100 respondents and the entire population is used as a sample. The technical data analysis used is inferential technical analysis, which explains the influence between two variables. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a significant influence between the organizational communication climate in the Abdul Rachman Saleh airport transportation technical implementation unit on aviation security's job satisfaction. Product moment correlation analysis shows that there is a weak, positive, and significant influence between the organizational communication climate at Abdul Rachman Saleh airport transportation technical implementation unit on aviation security work satisfaction.
