- Analysis of the Effect of Government Expenditure on the Education Sector, Health Sector, and District / City Minimum Wages (UMK) on the Number of Poor Population Districts / Cities in East Java Province. The data used are secondary data from 2008-2017. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with panel data method by testing hypotheses namely F test, t-test, and Determination Coefficient R2. The software used in the analysis of this study is Evies 9. The results of the study show that jointly Government Sector Expenditures Education, Health Sector Government Expenditures, and Regency / City Minimum Wages (MSEs) affect the number of poor people in regencies/cities in East Java Province with a probability value of0.0000. While individually the Education Sector Government Expenditures have a negative and significant effect on the Number of Poor Population, with a regression coefficient of -0.018604 and a probability value of 0.0280 <0.05. Health Sector Government Expenditures have a negative and significant effect on the Number of Poor Population, with a regression coefficient of -0.052020 and a significance probability value of 0.0018 <0.05. District / City Minimum Wages (UMK) have a negative and significant effect on the Number of Poor Population, with a regression coefficient of -0.008259 and a probability value of 0.0026 <0.05.
