  • This study explains the effect of work motivation on employee performance with organizational culture and leadership style as moderating variables. The sample used was all employees, namely 50 employees with total sampling method. Data analysis was by done using moderated regression analysis (MRA) method. Based on the analysis of the research found that the work motivation has significantly affect to employee performance. Work motivation moderated by organizational culture has a significantly influence to employee performance. Work motivation moderated by leadership style has a significantly influence to employee performance
