  • Companies require employees with high job performance so that the company's goals can be achieved. High performance can accelerate the company's efforts to develop. One of the aspects that affect the performance of the work is a personal initiative .. This study aims to investigate the influence of personal initiative terhadp job performance moderated by mindfulness. This research is a quantitative method of analysis moderasional. Retrieving data using online questionnaires, where the questionnaire used is MAAS, the scale of personal initiative, and the scale of job performance. Subjects of this study consisted of 146 subjects of civil servants and private employees. The results of this study are personal initiatives capable of influencing work performance and mindfulness not being able to increase the influence of work performance on work performance.
