- This research was conducted in order to find out the effectiveness of the learning media and to improve students’ learning result with the development of learning media. Adobe Flash application was used to develop learning media with the output file .swf movie that run on laptop or computer. This research uses Research and Development method cycles through seven stages: (1) needs analysis, (2) Media making, (3) Media Validation, (4) Media Revision, (5) Trials, (6) media revision, and (7) the final Media (product). The question forms of the media and materials experts as well as the student responses become the instruments in this research. In sequence, the validation results of media and material experts’ assessments gained an average 4.16 and 4.28 in total. The assessment results show that the learning media was valid. The students’ response results obtained the total percentage 75.99% with good criteria. It was seen from the material presentation, question making, language, graphics, and benefits aspects. The assessment results of the media and material experts, as well as the students’ response point out that the current media was effective for learning. The students’ learning results were increased after applying the current learning media with the increasing average value; 17.14 i.e. from 66.43 in the first evaluation became 83.57 in average.
