- In fulfilling its social responsibilities, PT Astra as a company in Indonesia made a CSR program called Kampung Berseri Astra (KBA) and focused on 4 (four) pillars, namely, health, education, economy and environment which was implemented in one program in Sukolilo Village, Jabung District, Malang Regency. Before the CSR program of PT Astra, there were very many villagers who did not have jobs, disposed of garbage and other social problems. The provision of CSR programs which covered 4 (four) pilats was aimed at overcoming the existing problems and at the same time developing the potential of the resources owned in the Sukolilo Village. This study aims to find out how the implementation of PT Astra's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in improving community-based community welfare in Sukolilo Village, Jabung District, Malang Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The method used in the study is observation, interviews, and documentation. While for data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of PT Astra's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in improving community-based community welfare in Sukolilo Village has gone quite well, as evidenced by the existence of economic programs that include the manufacture of welding workshops, distribution of jobs, and waste banks. increasing the income of some residents in Sukolilo Village. In addition to the waste bank program, it also has a good impact, as evidenced by the reduction of garbage disposal in the river by residents of Sukolilo Village. For the health sector with a health check program and blood donation, it also has a good impact, with the existence of the program the villagers became aware of the health conditions that exist in every citizen in Sukolilo Village. Furthermore, the educational aspects of the reading hut program and the people's campus also had a positive impact, as evidenced by the good response from the residents because they could add new knowledge and experience to the people's campus activities.
