  • This study aims to determine the impact of stigma and discrimination experienced by persons with disabilities in terms of psychology, social and economic conditions and to find out the description of resilience in persons with disabilities in facing life. The research subjects were persons with disabilities who were active in working groups at the Social Circle. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive type where the research data is based on data found in the field. The technique of collecting data is by interview observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the impact of stigma and discrimination had an effect on psychological conditions, namely a decrease in self-esteem and easy stress, a social impact that was felt, namely the difficulty in social acceptance and obtaining social relations. the aspect of resilience in persons with disabilities possessed by the subject is managing feelings, aggressiveness, enthusiasm, being grateful for the situation, thinking explanatory, caring for others, initiative, creative, innovative, and not easily giving up. Factors that influence that come from outside encouragement namely the family and the surrounding environment. The conclusion of this study is that subjects experience stigma and discrimination that have an impact on psychological, social and economic conditions, persons with disabilities also have the ability to be reconciled seen from emotion regulation, impulse control, optimism, causal analysis, empathy, self efficacy, and reaching out inside . As well as the factors that influence the subject are family factors and the surrounding environment.
