- Parking service is one of the facilities provided in public. The Ranuyoso market in Lumajang Regency is not provided with adequate parking facilities and thus brings a problem to the performance of Soekarno – Hatta road. Based on the results of analysis on the service and demand for parking space, the demand for parking space is higher than the parking service in Ranuyoso market. Meanwhile, in the existing condition, the road performance of Soekarno-Hatta street has 0,83 Degree of Saturation (DS). The alternative taken is managing the parking layout and rerouting private vehicles from Jember to the alternative routes. The results of calculation on the taken alternative are: the service and demand of parking space in under the improvement condition has already been capable to fulfil the demand of daily parking space in Ranuyoso market and the road performance of Soekarno - Hatta Street has the DS of 0.62.
