- The Legundi – Bunder road is one of the national roads located in East Java Province. Planning Legundi – Bunder road uses rigid pavement. Rigid pavement is a pavement that uses cement as a binding material so that has a relativey high degree of stiffness. The Legundi – Bunder road has approximately 30 km length and connects Sidoarjo Regency and Gresik Regency. There are more than 20.000 vehicles passing the road every day. Since it was constructed by using the flexible pavement, there are severe damages on several spots of the road. This study aimed to provide a solution for the problem by designing the Bina Marga rigid pavement based on the guidelines of Cement Concrete Rigid Pavement Pd T-14-2003 and by planning the budget. Based on the design with a road lenghth of 5000 m the thickness of the K – 250 concrete pavement is 220 mm, 150-mm base course, 220-mm concrete slab structure, the road has a lifespan of 20 years, reinforcement planning with diameter of 8 mm and gap of 200 mm, 32 mm dowel with gap of 300 mm and length of 450 mm, Ainul Fitriyah The Legundi – Bunder road is one of the national roads located in East Java Province.
