- Psychological well-being is important psychological aspect which influences the employee work productivity particularly on the performance of Indonesian National Military (TNI) members. One of Psychological well-being of TNI members is influenced by perceived organization support. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organization support (POS) and psychological well-being of the 5th Military Regional Command/Brawijaya (Komando Daerah Militer V/Brawijaya Resimen Induk Malang). This research used a correlational quantitative design. The subjects were 147 members of Main Regiment of 5th Military Regional Command/Brawijaya (Rindam V/Brawijaya) through proportional sampling technique. The research instrument was a scale of perceived organization support by Rhoades & Einsenberger (2002) and a scale of psychological wellbeing by Ryff (1989). The data analysis method used was the product moment correlation. The results showed that the value of r = 0.257 by p= 0.002 (0.002 <0.05) which means that there were positive and significant relation between perceived organization support and psychological well-being of TNI Rindam V/Brawijaya. The coefficient of determination (r2) was 0.066 which means that the effective contribution of perceived organization support to psychological well-being was 6.6%.
