- All projects basically have a deadline in which it must be completed on time. The project owner or loan often want to do an analysis to find out the possibility/certaninly of accomplishing the target. Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) is a method made for dealing with the uncertainly of the periode of activity. This method uses three estimation number froam each activity, namely optimistic time, most likely time, and pessimistic time which wile calculate how much the probability number of the opportunity of the project to be accomplished by the target. One of the project to be reviewed is Dino Apartment located in Beji Village, Junrejo District, Batu City. It was located in a touristy place of Jatim Park 3 area and has a total 14 floors starting from the ground floor. The result of working network calculation showed the expected time of the method use was 365 days with the largest probability number of the project completion was abaout 50%. The need of human resource where obtained for 40 iron workers and 84 formwork worker. The result of rhe recapitulation of budget plan performed a total budget for material and wages of labor by Rp. 44.702.625.038
