- Football and supporters are a part that cannot be separated, where the supporters are as encouraging teams who compete. But there is a negative side to the actions of supporters, namely the support given is too arrogant or extreme that leads to anarchism. One of the negative behaviors of supporters perceived by the community is anarchic behavior such as acts of violence, destruction and criminal acts where their behavior is not only detrimental to them and the club, but also has an impact on the community by leaving fear / anxiety so that the community creates a stigma against them.This research discusses the Criminological Review of Violence Actions for Football Supporters Performed by Child Supporters. The purpose of this research was to determine the factors that led to the violence of football supporters in Malang that involving children. As well as to find out the countermeasures from the police and PSSI in handling the violence of football supporters that involving children. The method used in this research is a sociological juridical approach method. The results of this research indicate that the causes of the violence of supporters carried out by children are because of the many supporters of children who are included in the membership, provocations from the opposing parties which result in prestige, excessive fanaticism, and the influence of liquor. The countermeasures carried out by Polres Malang are using reasoning efforts (repressive actions) and non-reasoning efforts (preventive measures). In this case the Police has carried out its functions in accordance with Article 5 verse 1 of Law No. 2 of 2002 concerning the Police of the Republic of Indonesia. As well as countermeasures by PSSI as the leader of Indonesian football have been carried out in accordance with the organizational rules of the PSSI Discipline Code in 2018.
