- Communication in person (Intrapersonal) and Interpersonal that will bring us as social beings who always interact with others to achieve the real goal of a problem that arises. Based on this understanding, the author examines more about Interpersonal Communication that occurs in social institutions that will prosper the lives of disadvantaged people, namely through the Foundation of the Sunan Giri Orphanage Malang. This study aims in general and specifically to know interpersonal communication in the care of orphans. This study uses a qualitative approach while the type of research used is descriptive and basic naturalistic research. Data obtained using interview techniques, observation and documentation, while the selection of research subjects using the Total Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using the model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that interpersonal communication in the care of orphans can be concluded that there are characteristics of interpersonal communication and cultural approaches in Interpersonal Communication that will make orphanage children improve their quality of life.
