- Total productive maintenance is one aim philosophy that explone facilities that use in industri. It not only through effectines keep the facilities product but also all the aspect and motovation from the peple that work in the company. Total productive maintenance (TPM) gines one optimal solution to effectines development with people that have responsibility to facilities production. OEE is noe metod that use as a tool to measure (numeric) in program Total productive maintenance to keep the facility in ideal condition and no six big losses equipment any more. OEE tamoas known as one aplication progran Total productive maintenance (TPM) that has capability in identification dearly the based problem and the caused of problem itself so repairing that more focused. Today, manufactur proces in line to invent wiper blade DB9 has a problem in damage undetected in process. This condition result optimazation in utilizer facility is less. Indikator work TPM is invent production with OEE and pareto analysis have done in result of demage and the cause factor is clearly show in one causr- effect diagram. Based on the roof problem will recommendation as cultivete demage with 5W-1H to increase production in equipment.
