- On the fact reading interest of to their students against reading books are still quite low , in public elementary school SDN Tlekung 02 a rock and crashed out , and it is requisite to the provision of this program the government in the form of the motion of literasi schools to better reading interest of and skills would be willing to write a student to lose their. This study attempts to ( 1 ) described how the process of applying the motion of literasi sekolah dalam improved the skills of writing student of class 2 of state elementary school sdn tlekung 02 a rock and crashed out , ( 2 ) explain how obstacles that will emerge if teachers in applying the motion of literasi of the schools in improved the skills of writing student of class 2 of state elementary school sdn tlekung 02 a rock and crashed out , and ( 3 ) explain how to solve the problems that have been undertaken by teachers was responsible for the class in reducing the the application of the motion of literasi schools in order to improved the skills of writing student of class 2 of state elementary school SDN Tlekung 02 a rock and crashed out. Research using a kind of penelitaian qualitative .Of research in SDN Tlekung 02 city rock done in february 2018 namely activities preliminary observations and in september 2018 time research .Technique data collection use guidelines, sheets of observation, notes square and documentation .As for informants this research the head school, teachers homeroom, and students of sdn tlekung 02 stone. Technique data analysis that is data collection, reduction data, presentation of data and the conclusion. Then check the validity of data using triangulation data, the sources and technique . Based on the research done showed (1) the execution of movement literasi schools in sdn tlekung 02 a stone running well, make students more active read and write it is in show with reading interest students with the increasing. (2) the implementation movement literasi schools in SDN Tlekung 02 Batu can improve understanding students to matter story in read. It is in show with school tuition said about questions given by teachers. As for obstacles in the application of movement literasi schools in improved the skills of writing that is students had forgotten to bring reading books, hours an inefficient due to the change in hours and was in nature subjective some of the teachers not willing literasi activities. The solution members school the head school, homeroom, officers pickets and students have the role of each the head school on duty remind the implementation of the movement literasi school, homeroom as a guide mop.
