- PT. Manunggal Indowood Invetindo is a company in the field of plywood located in Tongas, Probolinggo’s district. Higher demand than there is more production than usual. This results in more than usual machine work, so that replacement of spare parts is more than usual. The replacement of spare parts continually exposes orders to suppliers continually, which makes operational costs swell. Order combination or multi item lot sizing using an integer linear programming mathematical model will minimize operational costs. The model will transfer supplier-based orders and requests in discussions. With greater storage costs, the ordering costs are greatly reduced after the formulation model. This was proven by cost savings of 37.05% or Rp.35,547,739. This greatly helps reduce company additions.
