- Background : Adolescence on college students is a period of dramatic change in a person. Adolescents need a large amount of energy due to high growth and physical activity factors. Physical activity is all body movements that require energy. Lack of physical activity can lead to the accumulation of stomach fat. To determine the diagnosis of the distended abdomen or central obesity can be done by measuring the thickness of subcutaneous abdominal fat. Thick handling of excess belly fat can be done by a combination of sit-up exercises, plank, and crunch exercise. The exercise is given because it works on the abdominal muscles so that it can overcome the decrease in abdominal thickness. Method : This study uses a pre-experimental design with one group pretest and posttest design. Measurement of physical activity using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) questionnaire. Thick abdominal fat is measured by Skinfold Caliper. The population of the study was the UMM Fikes students in the class of 2016. Samples were 30 respondents who had met the inclusion criteria. Results : Showing that the results of statistical analysis using the Paired T-test obtained 0,000 (p <0,05), it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so there is the effect of a combination of sit-ups, plank and crunch exercise against the thick reduction of female belly fat with moderate physical activity. Conclusion : There is an effect of a combination of sit-up, plank, and Crunch exercise against the decrease in thick belly fat of students with moderate physical activity.
