  • Changes in the role of experienced by mother cause due to the complexity of and when were not able to fulfill the role of both so mother will experience work family conflict. Where conflict the role of this resulting in emotional exhaustion, weariness, uneasiness and frustrated. Results of negative emotions this will cause the more get themselves reached for happiness. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between work family conflicts with happiness upon the mother who works. The sampling method of collecting samples using purposive technique. Participants in this study 91 mother whose work is routine, and have minimum one child. A method of the data using a scale work family conflict and scale of authentic happiness questionnaire. The analysis using correlation product moment pearson. Research shows the (r) of -0,183 with p of 0,041 <0,05. This is shows that there was significant negative relationship between work family conflicts with happiness. This, means the lower work family conflict and to the higher happiness including on the contrary the high work family conflict eat the low happiness
