Intention of this research is to know characteristic of potential cutomer of transportation service of Travel Post of Madiun evaluated from demography characteristic, behaviour and psikografi. Analyzer which used in this research is analysis of cluster (analisvs cluster). Analyse cluster of including analysis of multivariate that is grouping individuals into cluster pursuant to demography characteristic, behaviour and psikografi. Cluster 1 having the amount of members counted 52 responders and have mean characteristic have age to 15 - 25 year, having earnings Result research of segment show of transportation service of Travel Post of Madiun reside in segment 1 because the members amount of more than segment 2 and positive respon to the benefit variable of also more than segment 2. responder amount of segment 1 counted 52 responders (52 %) and segment 2 counted 48 (48
%).
