- Juicy tuber (Pacyrrhizus erosus), represent scrub plant one season which grow curve, it stem is circle, hair and coloring green. Benefit and utility are many kind, starting from several of fruits to be consumed until health need (skin maintenance), and controlling plant disease. One of the advantages technically from juicy tuber farmer attempt is growing process which is easy and little cost production. The problem that will be discussed in this research among others; how much the cost, acceptance and income of juicy tuber farmer attempt and whether that juicy tuber farmer attempt is efficient and purpose of this research is to know cost level, acceptance and income of juicy tuber farmer attempt and also to know efficiency of juicy tuber farmer attempt. Determination of research location in Nanggungan village, Subdistrict Kayen Kidul was conducted intentionally, remembering limited time, cost and power and also geographical location according to juicy tuber plant. Population will be took in this research is the farmer who grow juicy tuber plant. To determine amount of sample that will be tested in this research was chosen as random or using Simple Random Sampling method where every population have same chance to be chosen become sample member without paying attention level there in population and population was stated homogeny. Data collecting method was taken in this research consist of two data types that are, Primary data was obtained from observation and interview directly with farmer using questioner that has been prepared before. Secondary data was obtained from supporting institution related where the research was conducted. Data analysis method used is quantitative method, data analysis method by mathematical calculation that relevant with problem which is analyzed: Cost analysis, Acceptance analysis, Income analysis and Efficiency analysis. From the research has conducted in Nanggungan village obtained research yield: • Average of juicy tuber production cost in once grow season Rp.12.933.694 coming from fixed cost and variable cost. Average of acceptance amount obtained by juicy tuber farmer as Rp.16.965.962. Knowing average of income juicy tuber farmer attempt Rp.4.032.269. • Ratio efficiency (ratio R/C) as 1,31 > 1 hence base on assessment criterion indicate that juicy tuber farmer attempt was conducted by juicy tuber farmer in Nanggungan village was efficient.
