- The presence of LMS (Learning Management System) applications as an online-based learning tool in education, open several challenges for institutions or higher education to integrate it with existing academic information systems. In terms of conducting online teaching and learning activities there is one of the open-source LMS applications called Moodle, various educational support features are available in it. For design of the learning plan (RPS) and lesson plan (RPP) the lecturer has an online-based application called Lective, so that the lecturer is helped to design it automatically with used the available templates. The lack of facilities for students has become a problem on the Lective side. Based on those problems, the solution given in this study is mechanism of web services used by both applications to be able connected each other. Solution based on web services mechanism because it can be applied easily. Integrated and synchronized data by web services includes users, study programs, courses, lecturers, and quiz links. The methodology applied in this research is prototyping model. Services that have been designed and builded includes core_user, core_categories, core_course, core_enrol, core_modules, then implemented and can be run properly accorded to their functions. By connected Lective and Moodle can provide features for both parties between lecturer and students to carried out online based learning activities.
