- The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe students' thinking processes in solving geometry problems. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. The research subjects were students of class IX D of Kabupaten Bima 2 Junior High School, the subjects of the study were three students with high, medium and low thinking processes. Taking the subject based on the results of the tests that have been done. Methods of data collection in this study include: test questions and interview sheets. Then the data is analyzed and described. Research results Geometry problem solving process (1) Geometry problem solving process at the stage of understanding students with high, medium and low thinking processes can restate information on questions such as the known and asked questions, at this stage there is a thought process carried out by all the subject. (2) The geometry problem solving process at the stage of planning students with high, medium and low thinking processes can plan solutions such as making equations that are known from the questions, at this stage there is no process of thinking carried out by all subjects. (3) Geometry problem solving process at the stage of solving the problem of students with high and medium thinking processes can solve the problem by using multiplication and division, while students who think low can solve problems using only division. (4) Geometry problem solving process at the stage of re-examining students with a high thinking process and re-examining the answers obtained, while students with low thought processes also re-examine the answers obtained only he is fooled by the questions presented.
