  • The government holds the Nawa Cita Program, the government provides a Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program, PTSL is a Complete Systematic Land Registration, the first land registration process is carried out simultaneously and includes all objects of land registration that have not been registered in a village or kelurahan. This program is regulated by ATR / BPN Ministerial Regulation Number 6 of 2018. The purpose of this paper is to find out the public awareness on the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in the sub-district of Kucur and Malang Regency and to find out how the village apparatus plays a role in implementing Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in the sub-district of Kucur and Malang. The research uses the method in writing is through a sociological juridical approach with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques and similar roster closers. Data collection techniques used in interviews. The data source used is secondary data primary data. The conclusions in this paper are public legal awareness in the framework of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) according to the community that the PTSL program from the government is very helpful for the middle to lower classes, the importance of registering land through PTSL. and assisted by Kucur village officials in targeting such as collecting KTP, KK. People who consider that land registration requires large, complicated and very long-lasting land, with PTSL the costs incurred by the community are much lighter and the community is supported by the Kucur village apparatus to complete the required files.
