- Psychological Well-Being (PWB) for employeesis a matter that needs to be considered in the workplace, especially for marketing employees whose jobs have the potential to depress employees themselves. A good PWB for employees can reduce stress, improve employee work performance and reduce turnover rates, so of course this can benefit companies, agencies and organizations. An employee certainly needs social support from the workplace to fulfill the PWB. This study aims to determine the relationship of PWB with social support on marketing employees. The research method used is quota sampling with 100 subjects marketing employees from seven agencies and organizations in Malang City. Data retrieval method using PWB scale and social support scale were then analyzed using product moment correlation. The results showed a relationship between social support and PWB
