- This study analyzes the success factors of the new student admission system at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The New Student Admission System of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang has been conducted online registration as a whole but there are still some shortcomings complained by users students. This is the background of researchers wanting to measure the success rate of a system of PMB University of Muhammadiyah Malang to find out the level of success of the system by using the Delone and Mclean model to test using six variables, system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction and net benefits. This study uses respondents from new students of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang in 2018 as many as 100 students. Analysis of data using Partial Last Square (PLS) SEM using SMARTPLS software 3. The success of this system can be received from the variable quality of information on usage, information quality on user satisfaction, service quality on use, service quality on user satisfaction, use of net benefits , user satisfaction with net benefits. Then the quality of the system to use, the quality of the system to user satisfaction and use of user satisfaction is significantly rejected. Thus it can be concluded that the biggest influence is in the variable user satisfaction with net benefits t statistic of 7.225 while the variable that has the lowest value is the quality of the system for use of 0.326. The testing of this study shows that the successful implementation of the New Student Admission System of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang was declared successful with a success percentage of 78.2%.
