- Online prostitution has recently happened frequently, where online prostitution takes advantage of technological advances by communicating to reach an agreement for service providers with service users in online prostitution. Online Prostitution can be categorize as an act of crimes because the activity violates the norms of decency and is a criminal acts that violates the law, besides that online prostitution has a negative impact on transmitting sexual diseases and might be disturb the community from the existence of these activities. In this final project the author uses a sociological juridical method in which a study of reality occurs in the community or in real life, in order to find some fact which are then identified with existing problems and then finding a way to solve the problem. In Bojonegoro the Bojonegoro Policce Station has found online prostitution for the first time from society reports. Therefore, law enforcement needs to be done by the Bojonegoro police to suppress or even eliminate online prostitution activities in Bojonegoro because the action is not in accordance with the norms of defency and is a criminal acts that violates the law. In Bojonegoro Police law enforcement needs to take preventive measures and repressive efforts to create a peaceful atmosphere for the Bojonegoro community away from online prostitution.
