  • Lack of interest in teachers in developing their own worksheets for their students and preferring to choose using available aid books, causing lack of students' interest in learning theme Things Around Me. The result that, it's needed a new innovation to develop students' worksheet in the form of sheet, become IT based students' worksheet that are surely more interesting and can develop students' knowledge about present-day technology. While this research purposes are to 1) develop IT based students' worksheet, and 2) produce valid, feasible, and interesting IT based students' worksheet product as a teaching material which is based on material expert of questionnaires, teaching material expert of questionnaires and questionnaires of students response. This development research uses ADDIE model which has 5 steps, they are Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The research subject is the third grade students of SDI Mohammad Hatta Malang, teaching material expert and material expert. Moreover, the research instrument is observation guidelines, interview guidelines, validation questionnaires and questionnaire students' response and data analysis method in the form of descriptive qualitative, and descriptive quantitative. Descriptive qualitative can be gained from the observation product, interview, comment, and suggestion from validator and students' response in the scale 1 up to 4. The result of the development research uses ADDIE model, that is 1) producing product of IT based students' worksheet which contains the theme Things Around Me with the lesson Indonesian Language, Mathematics, and Cultural Arts and Crafts, 2) the level of validity which is obtained from material expert and teaching material expert is material expert 95,8% and teaching material expert 95,3%. The level of interest which is obtained from questionnaires of students' response is 85,1% and from teacher’s response is 87.5%, so it can be concluded that the IT based students' worksheet has been feasible to use.
