- This research discusses the tendency of the content of comment messages contained in the comments column on non-artist reporting on a lambe turah Instagram account. Non-artist coverage was chosen because the researchers wanted to know how the contents of the message comments provided by netizens when Lambe Turah reported on non-artist coverage. The initial phenomenon was made by this research when the author saw a lambe turah upload that always produced many comments from netizens, some were pro and some were contra This research uses SOR theory where the principle of the theory is that a response is a reaction given by individuals when given a stimulus or stimulus from the media systematically on a broad scale. This research is a quantitative descriptive type research that uses content analysis methods in processing data. The data collection technique from this study is documentation and literature study where the researcher collects various kinds of information and data to support this research, especially around the lambe turah account. Then in practice researchers used two coders to test reliability and then analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of a simple frequency table. In conclusion, researchers have identified the number of content of comments examined as many as 711 comments from the issues raised, namely non-artist coverage related to "Menkominfo Request Commitment to Tik Platform Providers - Tok Clean Up Negative Content and Perform Filtering". Of the 711 comments identified based on predetermined categories with an average score of 0.037 categories receiving content, 0.082 categories giving personal assumptions, 0.173 categories impartial or in a neutral position, 0.116 categories of insults, 0.329 categories provocation others, 0.142 categories rejecting fill in the news or give an unpleasant response and the last 0.121 categories are unclear or do not respond to the contents of the message.
