- Job satisfaction is a positive or negative attitude that a person has towards his work. The tolerance attitude of employee uncertainty is one of the factors that can affect employee job satisfaction. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between tolerance of uncertainty and job satisfaction of marketing employees. The subjects used in this study were 100 marketing employees taken from 5 agencies in Malang. The subject taking technique uses quota sampling, and data collection uses a scale as a measure of tolerance for uncertainty and job satisfaction. Data analysis method in this study uses product moment correlation analysis with the help of SPSS 21 program. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant relationship between tolerance of uncertainty and job satisfaction of marketing employees, with a contribution of 5.2% (r=0,229, p=0,022*, r2=0,052).
