- Distributive justice is a form of justice obtained from the results by employees in accordance with their works. Distributive justice can be seen from transactional leadership where the decision making by superiors involves employees by means of exchange transactions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transactional leadership on distributive justice. This research is a quantitative study with the total subject of 125 teachers. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling while the data collection method utilizes transactional leadership and distributive justice scale which are analyzed even further using a simple linear regression test. The results of the study show that there is a significant positive effect between transactional leadership on distributive justice (B=0,776; sig.=0,000). Transactional leadership's contribution towards distributive justice (R2) is 15,2%.
